Viviana Mall recently launched in Thane has announced the opening of the second phase of the mall. Developed by Sheth Developers & Realtors the mall is built on a 13- acre plot and spread over an area of one million sq.ft. The biggest development in this phase is the opening of the largest Bata store in the country which is spread across 20,000 sq ft. Moreover, brands including Menz Boulevards, Mahi, Mads Fashion, Digital Express, Ezone, VIP, Kapils, Nyassa, Hallmark, Blur, Flavours of China, Santinos, Indian Tadka, Mad About China, Maroosh and others, have now opened doors for consumers.

Kishore Biyani, the retail tycoon of India, has always been in news for all the good and not so good reasons. This time the owner of Future Group, after selling off Pantaloons to ABNL in 2012, has made a comeback in the youth fashion category as it bets on new store brand ‘I am In’.

The aim is to open smaller stores as compared to the prior Pantaloons stores which were spread across 20-25,000 sq ft. The new stores will be sized at 5-6,000 sq ft and will be targeting a whole new set consumers, the largest section of the country, youth. To begin with three new stores will be opened, one each at Nagpur, Thane and Bangalore, and malls will be the target locations.
Future Group has recently launched Lombard, a premium men’s formal wear brand.
A subsidiary of Shoppers Stop, HyperCity has opened its store at Viviana Mall, Thane. This HyperCity’s 13th store.
Moreover, Shoppers Stop has added a Crossword Bookstore in its premises as well. This takes the count to 83 Crossword stores in India.
Viviana Mall has been recently launched in Thane boasting of more than 240 stores.
Sheth Developers & Realtors inaugurated its flagship mall Viviana in Thane. Built on a 13- acre plot and spread over an area of one million sq ft, the mall will bring to consumers a large number of retail option in categories including shopping, food and entertainment.
